This full home renovation and addition centers on a historic 1845 property in downtown Leesburg—an ambitious undertaking to rework and expand the home for modern family life.

With a growing family of six (and a Great Dane not far behind), the project introduces new bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, along with the essential systems needed to support how the home functions today. Along the way, a series of smaller, compartmentalized rooms and unexpected layouts are being carefully reimagined to create a more natural flow.

At its core, the approach is about honoring what’s already there—preserving and accentuating the home’s historic character while making room for a more open, livable, and enduring way of life.
