It felt especially fitting that our #cdsManassasProject became the final photoshoot of 2025—and one of our most meaningful transformations. What began twelve months ago has culminated in a kitchen designed for gathering, celebrating, and the everyday joy of being together.
This renovation initially started with the kitchen and breakfast area. Along the way, one of our favorite moments emerged unexpectedly—a small pantry reimagined into a cozy coffee bar tucked into a quiet corner. Not originally on the wishlist, but proving that the best ideas often reveal themselves during the process, this addition became a natural extension for our client who loves espresso martinis, sourdough everything, entertaining, and hosting her close-knit family of fourteen. Creating a space that felt welcoming, functional, and deeply personal was central to the design. We incorporated several sentimental existing pieces, layering them alongside custom cabinetry and tailored details to ensure the home felt collected rather than new.
Today, this kitchen is ready for holiday traditions, family gatherings, and years of memories still to come—a beautiful space created for a truly beautiful soul.
